Italien: Video-Upload nur noch mit Staatsgenehmigung
In Italien soll die Nutzung des Internets massiv eingeschränkt werden: Die Regierung will den Upload von Videos nur noch mit Erlaubnis des Telekommunikationsministeriums zulassen....
